Job summary

WOOD Federal Solutions, Inc. seeks a System Engineer, Level 6, to oversee complex systems across the full lifecycle from concept through retirement.

The role requires close interaction with Government stakeholders to ensure mission-aligned design and robust engineering results. The candidate will lead requirements, architecture, integration, verification, planning, risk, configuration, portfolio management, and acquisition activities under ISO/IEC 15288 frameworks, shaping systems that matter

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 20 years of systems engineering experience.
• High School Diploma with 24 years of general systems engineering experience.
• Master's degree with 18 years of systems engineering experience.
• PhD with 18 years of systems engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems engineering activities in ISO/IEC 15288 process areas.
• Analyze technical alternatives and provide recommendations.
• Lead contractor systems engineering activities and supervise staff.
• Brief stakeholders on project status.
• Develop and deliver work products across ISO/IEC 15288 areas.
• Ensure delivery of work products in all Process Areas defined in ISO/IEC 15288.
