Job summary

WOOD Federal Solutions, Inc. is seeking a System Engineer, Level 4 in San Antonio, Texas, for a full‑time day shift. You will guide complex systems through the full life cycle, collaborate with Government stakeholders, and ensure quality and traceability across all deliverables under ISO/IEC 15288.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering with extensive experience, or an equivalent path, and U.S. citizenship with an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience.
• Master’s or PhD in engineering plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with fourteen (14) years of general system engineering experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems engineering activities and assist in the preparation of work products in ISO/IEC 15288 Process Areas.
• Analyze alternatives for projects and make preliminary recommendations.
• Develop and deliver work products across ISO/IEC 15288 Project and Technical Process Areas.
• Supervise or coordinate the work of other engineers or technicians on a project.
• Assist in evaluating suitability for project implementation and in developing innovative approaches.
