Job Description

The System Engineer will be responsible for analyzing user’s requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze system requirements and leads designand development activities.
  • Guide users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies.
  • Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
  • Incorporate new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations.
  • Develop technical documentation.
  • Develop system Architecture and system design documentation.
  • Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plansand system integration and test plans.
  • Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.

Must Have:

  • 20 years experience as a systems engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity
  • Experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts
  • Bachelor’s degree in SystemEngineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university or 25 years of systems engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
  • IAM Level III certification which includes any one of the following:
    • CISM
    • CISSP (or Associate)
    • GSLC
    • CCISO

Security Clearance:

  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states ofCalifornia, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits.You can find more information on benefits here. We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia is:

$126,400 — $256,300 USD
