Job description

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in the search for a Senior Systems Engineer to join their team in the Columbus, OH area. This successful resource will be responsible for coordinating client service activities and supporting different project initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and maintain networking infrastructure
• Implement network and cloud-based solutions, including disaster recovery plans tailored to client needs
• Address and resolve escalated client support tickets
• Provide expert consultation to clients on technical decisions and strategies
• Log and manage service tickets efficiently
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience with excellent communication skills
• Office 365 experience
• Experience with Windows systems, Active Directory/Group Policy, Exchange, Server backup, Firewall/VPN, SQL Server configuration, maintenance and support

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Azure or AWS

TERMS:

This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary up to $90K based on experience. They offer benefits including full medical, dental, and vision along with 401K and other additional benefits.
