Job summary

APV seeks a mission-driven System Architect to set the technical direction for a large-scale federal health care platform, managing value-based care end-to-end. You will define current-state and target-state architectures across AWS, APIs, data platforms, and analytics stacks (Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau), serving as the technical authority for the team and government.

You will lead cloud modernization, enterprise integrations, security, IAM, and cybersecurity within a SAFe Agile environment,

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of IT/system engineering experience, including 5+ years designing enterprise or large-scale architectures.
• Expertise in enterprise and cloud architecture, APIs, system integration, microservices, data architecture, IAM, scalability, resiliency, and secure design.
• Ability to develop current-state/target-state architectures, roadmaps, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with federal security, privacy, accessibility, and enterprise architecture requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of current-state and target-state architectures for enterprise apps, cloud platforms, integrations, analytics, and user-facing services.
• Define standards, roadmaps, integration patterns, API strategies, and modernization approaches for complex federal tech environments.
• Design secure, scalable, resilient architectures for cloud-native solutions, microservices, enterprise integration, and data management.
