Job summary

ARSIEM Corporation is seeking a System Administrator to lead front-end architecture and development for mission-critical systems, translating UX designs into scalable interfaces while mentoring UI developers and integrating backend services.

The role supports a government client in Annapolis Junction, MD, and requires active TS/SCI with a polygraph and DoD 8570 IAT Level I+ clearance. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a System Administrator in programs of similar scope, type and complexity.
• DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level I or higher is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (or 5 years of SA experience in lieu of degree).
• Experience with DevOps practices and AWS cloud tooling (Ansible, Terraform).

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes.
• Support day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) issue diagnosis and resolution.
• Communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows OS and related system software.
