Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a System Administrator 3 to join the Security and Electronic Systems unit near Washington, D.C.

The role focuses on monitoring, maintaining, and securing electronic security systems, IT endpoints, and infrastructure. Onsite duties require travel flexibility and strong customer communications. Preferred candidates have TS/SCI with polygraph eligibility, DoD RMF/NIST knowledge, and experience with Windows AD and security patching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5+ years progressive experience or
• Associate's Degree plus 8+ years progressive experience or
• HS Diploma plus 10+ years progressive experience

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and test Physical Access Control, CCTV, PSIM and other electronic security systems.
• Support implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems for endpoints.
• Provide Tier 2 escalation, diagnose issues, and communicate status to management and customers.
• Onsite support at a single Washington, D.C. area location; travel flexibility and professional communication required.
