Job summary

Legrand North America is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join the Corporate Team remotely. You will manage Identity and Access Management (AD/Entra ID), Intune, and Office 365, while driving endpoint security enhancements and large PC migrations.

The role requires collaboration with global and regional IT teams and periodic travel to support initiatives. Key responsibilities include supporting IAM, workstation lifecycle, and security compliance, plus working with SOC to handle alerts

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows and Active Directory administration, supporting and troubleshooting MS Office Suite, MS Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Experience configuring and maintaining Windows PCs and basic troubleshooting of wireless devices and networks.

Responsibilities

• Administer AD/Entra ID, Intune, Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, Voice, SharePoint) and security tools.
• Provide level 3 technical support for end users and onsite staff.
• Collaborate with global/local IT teams to improve processes and documentation.
