Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of systems administration with strong network and server management.
• Associate-level certifications from Microsoft, Aruba, Fortinet, and Veeam.

Responsibilities

• Escalation point for the Helpdesk on complex network/server issues.
• Administer and optimize routers, switches, and firewalls for performance and security.
• Manage camera and access control systems and support voice/video systems.
• Implement and maintain backup/recovery solutions for client data.
• Provide expert Microsoft Server support and collaborate to improve processes.
• Monitor performance/capacity and conduct security audits.
