Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is seeking a Sr. System Administrator - Tier II Lead to provide lead support for Tier II system administration in RDT&E environments at NSWC Crane, IN. The role emphasizes cybersecurity, compliance, and team leadership.

The position requires extensive AD and Windows server experience, strong communication, and security certifications, with on-site work at the Crane facility and potential travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT with workstation configuration and MS OS deployment/maintenance
• 5+ years experience with Microsoft Active Directory
• Must hold Cyber Security Workforce Qualification - Security+/SecurityX, CASP, CISSP, or equivalent IAT-2/IAT-3 certification

Responsibilities

• Lead Tier II System Admins and oversee day-to-day tasking and response times
• Ensure STIG processes are performed and security controls are maintained
• Train new team members and mentor staff on Tier II functions
• Support RDT&E environments and perform cybersecurity risk mitigation and reporting
