Job summary

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. seeks a Sr. System Administrator - Tier II Lead to support RDT&E environments at NSWC Crane, IN. Lead Tier II admins, oversee tasks, and ensure timely incident resolution with strong cybersecurity focus.

The role requires 7+ years IT experience, active directory expertise, and security certifications. Travel to other locations may be required; a DoD Secret clearance is desired.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of experience in IT, including workstation configuration and Windows OS maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and proactive issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide Lead support to Tier II System Admins and determine solutions.
• Oversee Tier II tasking and ensure timely response to tickets within 60 minutes.
• Generate team metrics, status reports and additional reporting as needed.
• Train and mentor new team members on Tier II functions.
