Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows workstations.
• Experience with patch management, vulnerability remediation, and DoD system-hardening requirements.
• Active Security+, SecurityX/CASP+, CISSP, or equivalent DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II or III certification.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Windows workstation hardware, software, and OS issues.
• Support system integration, workstation lifecycle, and software installation/maintenance/removal.
• Administer AD and support Windows environments.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets and technical documentation.
• Perform patch management, vulnerability remediation, and system hardening per DoD requirements.
• Apply STIGs and develop compliance artifacts.
• Maintain inventory records and IA compliance activities.
• Create and maintain system/network/configuration documentation.
• Research COTS and open-source solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
