Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) invites a Sr. System Administrator - Tier II Lead to join our NSWC Crane, IN team. The role leads Tier II admins, drives security compliance with STIGs, and coordinates cybersecurity activities for RDT&E environments.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years IT experience, strong AD/Windows skills, relevant cyber certs, and an interim DoD Secret clearance. Local work at NSWC Crane with potential travel, in a security‑minded, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7) years of IT experience with workstation configuration and Windows OS maintenance.
• Five (5) years experience in Microsoft Active Directory.
• Must hold Cyber Security Workforce Qualification or equivalent IAT-2/3 certs.
• Interim DoD Secret security clearance or higher required to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide Lead support to Tier II System Admins and determine end-user solutions.
• Oversee Tier II tasking and ensure rapid response to tickets or outages.
• Generate team metrics, reports and assist with status updates.
• Train new team members and mentor Tier II staff.
• Assess vulnerability risks and apply mitigations; ensure STIG compliance.
• Support design, development and integration of secure software solutions.
• Install security-enhancing applications and maintain compliance reporting.
• Manage NMCI shared space, security groups, and data migration tasks.
• Provide hardware/software support for RDT&E workstations and VDI devices.
