Lincoln Electric Products Co., Inc. seeks a Switchgear Mechanical Engineer III to develop low-voltage switchboard enclosures, busbars, and structural components, using CAD to create detailed 2D and 3D models onsite at our New Jersey facility.

The full-time role reports to the Engineering Group Leader and requires adherence to UL891/UL67/NEC/the NYCEC, strong sheet metal fabrication experience, and collaboration with electrical engineers to meet project timelines.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required; Master's preferred.
• Experience in sheet metal and fabrication design for switchgear is required.
• Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor) is required.

• Develop mechanical designs for switchboard enclosures, busbars, and structural components; create 2D/3D models in CAD.
• Select materials and manufacturing processes with cost, performance, and safety considerations.
• Ensure designs comply with UL, NEC, ANSI, IEEE, IEC, NYCEC and other codes and standards.
