Jobot is seeking a skilled Swiss CNC Programmer/Machinist to set up and operate Citizen, Star, and Tsugami Swiss-type CNC lathes. This hands-on role emphasizes machine setup, troubleshooting, and production support, with programming experience preferred but not required.

3+ years of Swiss CNC machining experience preferred.
Hands-on experience with Citizen, Star, Tsugami Swiss-type lathes.
Strong setup and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.

Responsabilidades

Perform complete machine setups on Swiss-style CNC lathes (Citizen, Star, Tsugami).
Load tooling, set offsets, perform first-piece inspections, ensure parts meet spec.
Read and interpret blueprints and customer specifications (GD&T).
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, fixturing, and process issues to minimize downtime.
Make program edits at the machine to optimize performance and quality.
Monitor production runs and conduct in-process inspections with precision tools.
Collaborate on continuous improvement and process optimization.
