GRVTY is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with TS/SCI + Poly to join a top Laurel, MD project. Develop analytics, automate compliance, and prototype ML/AI methods in a DoD-aligned RD environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance is required.
• 14-20 years of SWE experience in similar programs is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field; 4 years additional SWE experience may substitute for a degree.
• Experience with Python, Jira, Confluence, Linux, Java, Scala, SQL, JSON.
• Experience with ML model building, Random Forest, ML tools, and data flows.
• Experience with Lucene, JEXL, Git/Gitlab/Bitbucket, Jupyter, and IDEs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and prototype compliance analytics and tools.
• Automate compliance functions; improve existing methods.
• Research ML/AI algorithms and proof-of-concepts in RD environment.
• Develop models and metrics for monitoring data flows and tools.
