Apium Swarm Robotics, Inc. is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their team in developing swarm autonomy software for air, surface, and ground vehicles.

This fully remote position involves maintaining the existing code base and developing new features for drone operations, requiring strong skills in C++ and Python. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing software architecture and swarming behaviors.

Exceptional candidates may also have experience in AI coding tools and cross-platform frameworks.

Qualifications

• Strong development experience with C++.
• Front end web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Backend development using Python.
• Comfort with vector operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and extend ASR C++ code base for ground station and drone operations.
• Development of new swarming algorithms.
• Modifications and extension of our swarm communications protocol.
• Software architecture and engineering process development.
