BAUER Equipment America is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to own the technical health and reliability of released products. You will resolve field and manufacturing issues through root cause analysis and design improvements, overseeing the full product lifecycle, including redesigns and change management, while coordinating across engineering and production teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years in heavy equipment design, with proficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
5+ years in heavy equipment or industrial machinery design.
Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD required.
Experience with drilling equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

Owns the technical health and reliability of released products by resolving field and manufacturing issues through root cause analysis and design improvements.
Manages the full product lifecycle, including structural redesigns, change management (ECR/ECO), and cross-functional coordination between engineering and production.
