Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
- 5+ years in heavy equipment or industrial machinery design.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD required.
- Experience with drilling equipment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Owns the technical health and reliability of released products by resolving field and manufacturing issues through root cause analysis and design improvements.
- Manages the full product lifecycle, including structural redesigns, change management (ECR/ECO), and cross-functional coordination between engineering and production.
