CLMI Group is seeking a Project Engineer III – Sustainability to support BuildLACCD bond-eligible capital improvements, including planning, design, construction, and closeout. The role coordinates with the Sustainability Strike Team, District staff, CPTs, and consultants to deliver energy-related projects across LACCD facilities.

The candidate will assist in developing scopes, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring compliance with district standards and DSA requirements.

Qualificações

• Seven or more years in project or construction management for large facilities.
• BS/BA in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience with capital construction and sustainability projects.
• Bond program experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and project coordination support to Project Managers and the Sustainability Strike Team.
• Coordinate with District personnel, CPTs, architects, engineers, contractors, and SMEs.
• Review and coordinate design documents, submittals, RFIs, change orders, field orders.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and respond to RFIs with SMEs.
• Maintain contract plans, specifications, and project records.
• Monitor progress, document field observations, and coordinate follow-up actions.
