Francison Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Engineer III Sustainability to support the BuildLACCD Sustainability Strike Team in planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout of energy-related capital projects for the LACCD.

The role emphasizes bond-eligible activities and coordination with multiple stakeholders. The candidate will work under the Strike Team Lead to advance projects from identification through implementation, including EIS, BMS, PV,

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in project or construction management for large-scale facilities.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering/architecture/construction Mgmt or related field required.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical, engineering, and project coordination support for projects through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout.
• Coordinate with district personnel, CPTs, architects, engineers, contractors and SMEs to address requirements and constraints.
• Review design documents, submittals, RFIs, change orders, field orders and other project docs.
• Support field verification, construction coordination and compliance with approved scopes, standards and DSA requirements.
• Monitor progress, document field observations, maintain project records, and coordinate follow-up actions.
