ENGICON CM is seeking a Project Manager II (Sustainability) in Los Angeles to lead and manage sustainability projects tied to the BuildLACCD Bond Program. This role focuses on planning, design, construction, commissioning, and reporting for capital improvement projects while ensuring adherence to district policies and sustainability goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of multi-project management, familiarity with BIM, LEED/CHPS, and a strong grasp of contracts and scheduling.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of managing multiple construction projects in large capital programs.
• Bachelor's degree as specified; advanced licenses preferred.
• Bond-eligible and familiar with DSA/CM and LEED/CHPS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage sustainability projects per district policies for bond operations.
• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and report performance of construction projects.
• Identify risks and create mitigation plans.
• Deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Review and develop contract documents.
• Closeout projects per DSA and PMO protocols.
• Track status and provide management reports on schedules and costs.
