Job summary

Accenture Construct seeks an experienced project controls professional to manage sustainability and energy-related capital projects onsite with client teams. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial controls from planning through handover.

Requirements include 5+ years in engineering or project management, a relevant BS/BA, advanced Excel, and proficiency with PMIS tools such as Proliance or Trimble Unity. This role is based onsite at client locations in California.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional experience in engineering, project management, sustainability, project controls or cost management.
• BS/BA in Engineering, Construction Management, Sustainability or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with MS Office and PMIS such as Proliance or Trimble Unity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project coordination, cost management, and financial-controls support for sustainability and energy-related capital projects through all phases.
• Prepare and maintain project documents, records, reports, and communications per BuildLACCD PMO SOPs.
• Coordinate with District personnel, campus teams, and stakeholders to verify funding, budgets, estimates, forecasts and requirements.
• Develop and maintain cost forecasts, ETC, track Change Orders, commitments, and funding availability.
• Perform monthly budget and cost reconciliations and support month-end reporting.
• Review financial reports and cost performance to identify variances and risks and communicate them to PMs.
• Coordinate invoice oversight and reconciliation with accounting and stakeholders; maintain program-control databases.
