Job summary

Sustainable Solutions Corporation (SSC) is seeking a Senior Account Strategist to manage a portfolio of strategic client accounts, focused on client retention, renewal opportunities, and expansion.

You will collaborate with Sales and technical teams to connect client needs with sustainability offerings, driving revenue growth and long-term partnerships across services such as carbon accounting, lifecycle assessment, and sustainability reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in account management or related client-facing roles.
• Experience growing accounts through cross-selling and renewals.
• CRM experience required.
• Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing SSC clients focusing on retention and growth.
• Build relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Develop strategic account plans identifying goals and renewal opportunities.
• Maintain understanding of client projects and sustainability needs.
• Identify solutions that support client business and sustainability objectives.
• Lead cross-sell and upsell opportunities within accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Operations, and technical teams.
• Forecast revenue and maintain CRM records for opportunities and renewals.
