This role in California requires leadership across engineering, design, and construction teams and frequent collaboration with clients from a home-based setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, sustainability, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a similar customer-facing role.
• Deep understanding of the affordable housing industry in California.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of the principles of sustainable building design and construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients in the construction and building management industries.
• Build strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique needs and challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, design, construction) to develop customized solutions that meet client sustainability targets and budgets.
• Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and exceeding expectations.
• Manage client accounts on an ongoing basis, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Track and report on KPIs related to client satisfaction, project success, and revenue generation.
