Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field; 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
• Experience building and leading high-performing sales organizations in automotive aftermarket, suspension, off-road, or power/sports segments.
• Proven success in forecasting, pipeline management, and multi-channel sales execution.
• Strong negotiation and executive-level relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for suspension brands.
• Lead sales execution to exceed revenue, gross margin, and market share objectives.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales organization with accountability and coaching.
• Expand customer penetration through distributors, dealers, installers, and direct retail.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Product, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Represent RANDYS Worldwide at industry events and customer visits.
