Qualifications

• Florida Professional Surveyor & Mapper license required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in surveying or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of professional land surveying experience.
• Experience leading utility and infrastructure survey projects.
• Strong knowledge of boundary, topographic, utility, and construction surveys.
• Proficiency with survey software and modern measurement technologies.
• Valid Florida driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee survey projects from proposals to final deliverables.
• Direct and mentor field crews and office personnel.
• Develop and expand the survey department, including hiring and training.
• Review and sign survey documents per Florida Board standards.
• Coordinate boundary, topographic, utility, and construction surveys.
• Lead utility mapping to support engineering and construction projects.
• Ensure QC and compliance with statutes and client specs.
• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to deliver data.
