Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) to lead and expand surveying services in North Central Florida. The role requires the selected candidate to serve as Surveyor of Record, manage survey projects, and grow client relationships.

The ideal applicant will have an established network in the industry, strong CAD drafting experience, and a PSM license in Florida. The position may offer hybrid work opportunities but requires residency in North Central Florida for project support.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) in Florida.
• Established client relationships in surveying, development, or construction.
• Experience in CAD drafting and survey production.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Surveyor of Record and sign/seal survey documents.
• Lead and grow the firm’s surveying division.
• Manage survey projects including boundary and topographic surveys.
• Oversee survey field crews and technicians.
• Contribute to business development and proposals.
