Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Surveyor in Florida or eligible within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Project Manager/Project Surveyor.
• Proficient with AutoCAD/Civil3D.
• Basic Math including algebra, geometry and trigonometry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manages the full life cycle of surveying projects from proposal to closeout.
• Provides support for Survey Technician staff.
• Performs CAD drafting, prepares reports, and drafts legal descriptions.
• Prepares project cost estimates and detailed survey proposals.
• Reviews field notes and processes field data for CAD/Civil3D or databases.
• Collaborates with Surveyors, Engineers, and Technicians and leads project meetings.
