Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Surveyor (PSM in Florida) or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as Project Manager/Project Surveyor.
• Proficient with AutoCAD/Civil3D.
• Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics or Engineering preferred.
• High School or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Manages full lifecycle of surveying projects (proposal-initiation-execution-control-closeout).
• Provide CAD drafting, prepare draft and final Word documents, generate reports and filings.
• Prepare survey cost estimates and detailed proposals.
• Review field notes, process raw data, and produce CAD drawings.
• Input and analyze field data into AutoCAD/Civil3D or other systems.
• Read and analyze legal descriptions; plot parcel lines and prepare legal descriptions.
