Farnsworth Group seeks a Senior Surveying Project Manager to lead multiple projects, develop scopes and fees, and oversee schedules, budgets, and deliverables. The role includes client development, team leadership, and ensuring quality control across surveying efforts.

Responsibilities include CAD/Trimble-based production, contract and fee development, and active participation in business development. A PLS license and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Land surveying license required (PLS, RLS, LS) as stated.
• Degree in Land Surveying or approved certificate required.
• Experience with CAD/Trimble platforms and client engagement.

Responsabilités

• Lead staff on CAD platforms and production of plats, EXHIBITS, and descriptions.
• Develop contracts, scopes, fees, schedules, and marketing strategies.
• Manage budgets, invoices, and monthly progress reports.
• Actively engaged in business development and client management.
• Oversee project teams and ensure QA/QC compliance.
