Job summary

Farnsworth Group is seeking a Surveying Project Manager in Peoria, IL to oversee large/complex projects and mentor staff. The role requires a licensed professional surveyor and strong CAD/Trimble skills to deliver plats, as-builts, and exhibits while managing scope, budget, and schedule.

You will participate in client development, review invoices, and help shape contracts and project strategies. A hybrid work arrangement is available with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree / Land Surveying approved classes certificate.
• Professional Land Surveyor's License required (PLS, RLS, LS).
• Experience mentoring staff and leading multi-discipline teams.
• Proficiency with CAD tools and Trimble platforms.

Responsibilities

• Mentor staff on CAD and deliverables preparation.
• Utilize CAD & Trimble platforms daily for drawings.
• Assist in development of contracts, scopes, and schedules.
• Assign, assess, and review work of team members.
• Delegate and supervise surveying work on projects.
• Serve as project representative in client meetings.
