Job summary

Site Development, LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced Senior Survey Technician to join our growing team. This role focuses on office survey production with flexibility to work remotely and assist in the field as needed.

Key responsibilities include preparing boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and as-built surveys, performing survey calculations and CAD drafting, processing field data with Trimble Business Center, and coordinating with field crews to deliver PS-ready products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of surveying experience.
• Strong CAD and survey processing skills.
• Boundary and ALTA experience preferred.
• Trimble Business Center experience preferred.
• PS license not required.

Responsibilities

• Independently prepare boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and as-built surveys.
• Perform survey calculations, deed research, and CAD drafting.
• Process field data using Trimble Business Center (TBC).
• Prepare construction staking files and surface models.
• Coordinate with field crews and prepare deliverables for PS review.
