Greenman-Pedersen Inc. in Morris Plains, NJ seeks a Survey Project Manager with a decade of land surveying experience and NJ licensure preference. The role emphasizes client coordination, directing field staff, and delivering boundary and ALTA surveys across transportation and building projects.

The candidate will lead proposals, supervise field crews, and ensure quality control, with a focus on safety and schedule adherence in a multi-disciplinary firm.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years of land surveying experience.
• AAS or BS Degree in Surveying preferred.
• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in NJ preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with robotic total stations, GPS, leveling.
• Ability to manage field crews and meet schedules.
• Knowledge of boundary analysis and metes & bounds surveys.

Responsabilidades

• Lead boundary and ALTA surveys.
• Oversee aerial/topographic surveys with utilities.
• Direct/mentor field crews and staff.
• Prepare ROW plans and survey contracts.
• Coordinate with clients and project managers.
• Ensure surveys meet timelines and budgets.
• Prepare survey computations and CAD drawings.
• Oversee preparation of various survey plans.
