Job summary

Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI) seeks a Survey Project Manager in Morris Plains, NJ. The candidate should have a licensed land surveyor status (or LSIT) with 10+ years in land surveying and 5+ years directing staff, plus strong client coordination experience.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in land surveying and project management.
• AAS or BS degree in Surveying preferred.
• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in NJ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Boundary and ALTA Surveys.
• Aerial and Topographic Surveys with utility locations.
• Prepare Proposals and client consultations.
• Mentor and develop staff; coordinate field crews.
• Survey computations and CAD/drafting oversight.
• Coordinate with utility providers and One Call centers.
