Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Survey Project Manager to lead a diverse survey group in Kentucky, managing projects from start to finish with an entrepreneurial team. You will collaborate across office and field staff to deliver accurate site plans and construction documents.

You will oversee ALTA and boundary surveys, oversee survey staff, and use Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D to meet deadlines and budgets while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of survey industry experience.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop a growing team.
• Experience with Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong understanding of Boundary and ALTA surveys, construction staking, and legal descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise drafting, review, and finalization of site plans and documents.
• Manage projects end-to-end across residential/commercial land development and renewable energy.
• Mentor staff, oversee ALTA surveys, and ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery.
• Coordinate with field crews and office staff to ensure quality deliverables.
