You will manage multiple survey technicians and support staff, oversee budgets, client relations, and business development, and coordinate with Project Managers to set timeframes and staffing.

Professional Licensed Surveyor with 10 years in the industry and at least 5 years of project management experience is required.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in the surveying industry.
• 5 years of project management experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the Florida Survey department and staff.
• Oversee budgets, time estimates, and project costs.
• Collaborate with PMs to define timeframes, staffing, and schedules.
• Develop proposals and respond to project inquiries; liaison with clients.
