Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is seeking a Survey Project Manager to oversee projects and staff across our multi-disciplinary practice. You will coordinate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to deliver high-quality surveying data and client-focused solutions.

The role requires a strong background in land surveying, project management, and client relations, with the ability to mentor staff and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in surveying, geomatics, civil engineering, or related field.
• Kansas/Missouri professional surveying license or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead surveying projects and supervise field crews and office staff.
• Plan and schedule field surveys to meet project timelines and client requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and provide updates to teams and clients.
