• 15 years’ experience in the industry.
• 5 years of project management experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Florida Survey department's daily operations and budget.
• Manage Project Managers, survey technicians, and support staff.
• Maintain executive level client relationships and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with PMs to determine timeframes, budgets, and staffing.
• Assist with developing project proposals and bids.
• Provide guidance to team members and ensure project objectives are met.
