Job summary

Teamprovide in Orlando, FL seeks an experienced Senior Survey Project Manager to lead a dynamic team of office and field staff, overseeing ALTA, topographic, and construction survey projects. The role blends hands-on technical work with leadership, client collaboration, and mentoring to shape hiring and coaching decisions.

You will manage project portfolios, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, and serve as the primary client contact, while guiding proposals, quality control, and compliance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical school education in surveying technology (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years in survey project management or a leadership role
• Proven ability to lead teams, coach talent, and work cross-functionally
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Experience with business development, proposal writing, and billing/invoice review

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of survey projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, quality delivery
• Coordinate daily with the office Survey Team Manager
• Lead and mentor project managers, project surveyors, CAD technicians, and field crews
• Serve as primary client contact, ensuring clear scope, satisfaction, and proactive communication
• Write proposals based on client needs and requirements
• Oversee survey methodologies, quality control, and compliance with state statutes, municipal requirements, and company standards
• Act as a technical resource and mentor for junior staff
