Stantec is seeking two experienced, licensed Survey Managers to lead and grow our surveying practice within the Community Development group in Albuquerque, NM and Phoenix, AZ. You will guide field and office professionals, partner with multidisciplinary teams, and deliver surveying and mapping solutions that shape resilient communities across the region.

Qualifications

• Current Professional Land Surveyor licensure in NM or AZ or the ability to obtain within six months.
• Lead teams and manage multiple projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Strong client-service, communication, and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, control, staking, and platting projects.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and risk.
• Provide technical direction and QA/QC for deliverables.
• Mentor and develop staff; support business development.
