Job summary

Stantec is seeking an experienced, licensed Survey Manager to lead and grow our surveying practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Qualifications

• Current NM licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor or ability to obtain within six months.
• Strong knowledge of surveying laws, standards and safety practices.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS land title, control, staking, and platting assignments.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and financial performance.
• Provide direction and QA/QC for deliverables.
• Mentor staff and build a strong team.
• Collaborate with engineers, planners, and other specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
• Serve as trusted advisor to public/private clients and manage relationships.
