With 15+ years in land surveying, you will guide proposals, site development initiatives, and public works challenges, contributing to growth and service excellence in a respected firm.

Qualifications

• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Pennsylvania.
• 15+ years of experience in Land Surveying.
• Strong understanding of proposals, contracts, and client interactions.
• Proven ability to manage teams and schedules in a dynamic work environment.
• Familiarity with site development projects, public works, and private sector challenges.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the efforts of approximately six office personnel and five field crews.
• Oversee scheduling, project assignments, and resource allocation to ensure timely project delivery.
• Foster a collaborative environment among drafters, base plan preparers, and field crews.
• Prepare and manage contracts and proposals for both municipal and private sector projects.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to bring in new business and enhance existing client partnerships.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain the high quality of service that has defined our firm for over a century.
• Support growth initiatives through efficient project management and operational excellence.
