Job summary

Bowman Consulting Group, Ltd. is seeking a Survey CAD Technician III to join our team in Fort Myers or Naples, FL. The role focuses on producing accurate ALTA-related drawings, boundary surveys, and site layouts under limited supervision.

You will work with management to finalize project deliverables, utilize Carlson/Bentley Inroads/Geopak, and conduct data analysis for surveying projects in a collaborative office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in survey, geography, architecture or civil engineering preferred; commensurate experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare working drawings from ALTA surveys for final approval and submission.
• Convert data into electronically generated drawings and project documents with accuracy.
• Compute horizontal and vertical positions for surveys and stakeouts.
• Check record plats for completeness and accuracy prior to submitting for review.
• Submit plots to municipal/jurisdictional agencies for review.
