Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Survey CAD Technician with strong land surveying and CAD design background. Proficiency in MicroStation and AutoCAD is required, with experience in InRoads/OpenRoads for 3D terrain models.

The role involves collaborating with a team to produce accurate survey drawings and plats and supporting field data collection. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' CAD/survey software experience and GDOT standard knowledge, plus a valid

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CAD and survey software experience.
• 5+ years of land surveying experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of field and office surveying experience with AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Process daily field survey data using MicroStation and/or AutoCAD to create survey drawings.
• Develop 3D digital terrain models from field data using InRoads/OpenRoads or similar software.
• Draft and design for various land surveying projects adhering to CAD standards including GDOT requirements.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver accurate results.
• Maintain data quality by checking calculations, plats, and worksheets.
