You will also precept and collaborate with the education team on the surgical technology curriculum, with required BLS and CST/TS-C/NCCT certifications. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate's Degree in Surgical Technology preferred.
• 3 years of independent Surgical Technologist experience required for Senior status.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of employment.
• Surgical Technologist Certification (CST/TS-C/NCCT) required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and prepare the surgical suite.
• Intraoperative handling of instruments and sterile field management.
• Monitor changing conditions during procedures and respond appropriately.
• Maintain knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols.
• Act as a preceptor and engage with management/education team on surgical technology curriculum.
