Wallowa Memorial Hospital & Medical Clinics in Oregon seeks an experienced Surgical Services Director to lead Surgery, Endoscopy, PACU, and Sterile Processing, championing safe, high-quality perioperative care while guiding a close-knit team.

This role keeps you engaged in clinical work as Circulating RN, Scrub RN, or PACU RN when needed, requiring strong leadership, collaboration with physicians, and a commitment to continuous improvement and patient safety.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Oregon RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of three years of surgical nursing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and supervise nursing care across the surgical suite, Endoscopy, and PACU.
• Promote safe, high-quality patient care for all ages.
• Maintain regulatory and quality standards; ensure departmental readiness and accreditation.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and performance management in collaboration with leadership.
• Remain actively involved in clinical care as needed (Circulating Scrub PACU).
• Foster collaboration with physicians, nursing leadership, and other departments.
