Responsibilities

• Oversee perioperative care, OR operations, and PACU.
• Lead clinical and non‑clinical staff; coordinate schedules.
• Monitor quality, safety metrics; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Strategic planning, budgeting, and policy development.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing, and admin.
