Qualifications

• English language proficiency in reading, writing and speaking.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years hospital or physician office experience in surgical scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all surgical cases for multiple campuses.
• Coordinate with surgeons and office staff to ensure efficient scheduling.
• Monitor and report OR utilization and FCOS-related metrics.
• Train staff on Scheduling systems and related forms.
