Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineering Manager in Baltimore, MD to lead a team of water resources professionals, guiding stormwater projects, MS4/TMDL support, and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling to deliver high-quality solutions. You will develop processes, manage budgets, coordinate with regulators and clients, and mentor junior staff while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal QA/QC standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil/Environmental Engineering with water resources focus.
• 15+ years of post-education water resources experience.
• Strong knowledge of MS4/TMDL, hydrology, hydraulics, and floodplain modeling.
• Experience coordinating with regulators and preparing technical reports.

Responsibilities
