Qualifications

• 5 - 10 years of progressive experience in civil/site or water/wastewater system planning, design, and construction.
• P.E. license, registered in the State of Maryland or ability to become registered through comity within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, planning, and management of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, successfully manage and deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Participate in pre-project presentations and interviews.
